Washington Youth Garden at the National Arboretum

Howdy folks,

This is just a quick update to everyone who may be interested in the
Washington Youth Garden summer family program on Saturdays. It had
been scheduled to start this Saturday, May 3rd, but if we do not have
several more families sign up by tomorrow, we will be notifying
participants that the program will be delayed until we can obtain a
larger group to work with. We've asked for $10 to reserve a plot of
land, and in return, we provide all the seeds, fertilizer, and cooking
and gardening instruction completely free. If you had planned on
showing up Saturday, but had not yet let us know, we must know by
tomorrow or the program will be postponed until further notice. We're
just getting the word out so there won't be people showing up Saturday
thinking there will be a program if we have to postpone the start
date. Help spread the word! It's a uniquely wonderful opportunity.
Again, information and forms are attached.

Kind regards,

Heather Myers
